I am a Team Lead working with Sutherland Global since the past 1year and 8 months. I am glad I got selected and feel great pleasure in being part of this great company that has reached heights of success through its competent leadership, proven processes and skilled workforce.

Of late I read a few unconstructive comments about the company on the Internet. Talking about these continuous attacks on the company's reputation by a few frustrated employees, I would like to say that it is nothing but an attempt by a few irresponsible ex-employees and their friends. I have read many such posts myself and can sense their malicious motives.

Being part of Sutherland team, I feel it is the responsibility of each and every Sutherland employee to ensure that a few unhappy people should not succeed in their wrong intentions through powerful Internet medium. The fact that people believe criticism and negative statements easily is really unfortunate.

The truth however, is that Sutherland Global is a world-class company that cares for its employees. The company offers best infrastructure, competent pay packages and opportunities for career advancement. There are many employees who are part of this organization since more than 5 years and are happy being linked with the company.
